My911 will automatically identify what country you are in and call that countries Emergency Response Center (ERC). In the USA 9-1-1. My911 also offers to some Private Emergency Response Center's (PERC) the ability to contact them in the event of an emergency.

Should you be in an accident, the My911 application reaches out the either ERC or PERC giving them detailed information.
